11. How Customers get an invoice before or after the payment

The customer will receive a list of products through an invoice with the amount of money owed for each item and the total amount of money owed. An invoice is something a company sends to their customer. When a customer receives that invoice, it becomes a bill. A bill is something must be paid by a customer. Once a customer pays their bill, the company will provide them a receipt which is a proof of payment. An invoice comes before a payment has been, while a receipt comes after the payment has been made.

12. When the Customer receive the products after the payment is successfully processed

Since we are a Presentation Design Agency, all products are ready in digital forms like presentation templates, social media templates, infographics, and CVs. Then, when a customer purchases the digital products, they will receive a link to download the file.
